CNC vertical machining center

The use of machine and scope:

         This series of vertical machining centers and CNC milling machine using single-beam, longitudinal lathe bed, Cross slide, headstock and the work piece with a tool cooling system which can achieve high-speed, high-feed processing. The whole tool machine adopt fully enclosed protective shield. Machine can be attached automatically chip flow chain. X, Y, Z coordinates use of the three sliding rail grinding of hardened, highly rigid contacts, and affixed with TSF soft belt. The static and dynamic coefficient of friction is small which increase the loading capacity and distortions, enhancing the stability of the machine. It also has the characteristic of fast response with low-speed and does not crawl. Coordinate all adopt imported high-precision pre-allocation stretching ball screw, of which both end with fixed supporting. The screw and lead rail was lubricated by automatic Diluting oil lubrication agencies. Triaxial all use imported without Backlash flexible coupling Straight Alliance, the main configuration use Siemens CNC system, but it can also be selected according to users needs.
