Shunfa VM Series machines include vertical machining centers and CNC milling machines. This series is widely used in manufacturing machinery, mold manufacturing and other parts processing industries. After the work piece fixture it can complete milling, drilling, boring, hinge, and other processing procedures continuously. The series machine is highly automatic widely used and the P/c performance is prominant. It is the ideal choice for mold manufacturing ,parts and component processing.

This series of vertical machining centers and CNC milling machine using single-beam, longitudinal lathe bed, Cross slide, headstock and the work piece with a tool cooling system which can achieve high-speed, high-feed processing. The whole tool machine adopt fully enclosed protective shield. Machine can be attached automatically chip flow chain. X, Y, Z coordinates use of the three sliding rail grinding of hardened, highly rigid contacts, and affixed with TSF soft belt. The static and dynamic coefficient of friction is small which increase the loading capacity and distortions, enhancing the stability of the machine. It also has the characteristic of fast response with low-speed and does not crawl.
